What We Build
Software built around your business
Custom tools built around how your business actually works. No forcing your team to fit someone else’s software.
We build custom software, automation and websites for small and mid-sized businesses. From a simple fix to a complete business system, we build what you actually need.
Small jobs welcome. We’ll start by email.
Every business has work nobody was hired to do.
It piles up quietly. Copying details between systems. Chasing people for updates. Sending the same message for the third time.
None of it is difficult. It just never stops, and it all adds up.
We build simple systems that handle the tedious stuff for you.
Custom tools built around how your business actually works. No forcing your team to fit someone else’s software.
We connect the tools you already use and automate the repetitive bits that nobody wants to do manually.
Fast, clear websites that tell people what you do and make it easy to get in touch.
Built for real businesses.
These aren’t demo projects or ideas sitting on a whiteboard. They’re systems built to solve real problems and used by real businesses every day.

A job system for a busy field-service team
One place for every job, from the first call to the finished job.
Every job is recorded in one place, so the office can see what’s happening straight away. No chasing people for updates. No digging through messages to work out what happened.
“Jobs used to come in on messages and calls, and in a busy week things slipped. Now every job is in the app, with photos and a signed job card, and the office sees it straight away. It has changed how we run the business.”
One system for an entire online school
One system for the whole school.
Booking, hours, reports, teacher pay and day-to-day admin are handled in one place, with much of the repetitive work happening automatically.
“Booking, hours, reports and teacher pay used to be manual. The platform handles all of it, and it just works every day.”

From frustrating problemsto simple solutions
You don’t need to know exactly what needs fixing. That’s what we’re here to help with.
Free, no obligation
Tell us what’s taking too much time, causing headaches or still being done manually. Plain English is absolutely fine.
Fixed quote
We look at how things work now and figure out what could be done better. You’ll get a clear plan and a fixed price before we start.
Paid in stages
We build it around your business, test everything properly and get it ready to use. We’ll also show you how it works, so you don’t need to become a technology expert overnight.
Clear payment terms
Small jobs are 50% upfront and 50% on sign-off. Larger jobs are paid in stages, with each stage agreed before work begins.
Any changes are quoted in writing first. You own the code, data and accounts.

I’m Leopold, founder of Inbuilt Logic. I build the systems myself.
Before software, I worked hands-on jobs. I know what it’s like when the actual work is done and the admin is still waiting for you.
That’s why I build around how a business actually works, not how it looks on a developer’s whiteboard.
When you work with Inbuilt Logic, you deal directly with the person building it.
You deal directly with the builder. No account managers. No handoffs.
Real businesses use it. These are working systems, not demo projects.
Properly tested. Everything is tested before release and you sign off before it goes live.
You own it. Your code, your data and your accounts. No lock-in.
Yes. One automation, one fix or one small tool is a perfectly good place to start.
It depends on what you need. You’ll get a fixed price in writing before we start, so you know what you’re paying upfront. No surprise invoices.
Not at all. Tell us what’s slowing you down and we’ll work out what would actually help.
Usually, yes. We’ll work with what you already have where it makes sense. You shouldn’t have to replace half your business just to fix one problem.
No. You don’t need to understand how it works behind the scenes. We’ll build it around the way you already work and show you what you need to know.
Small jobs can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. Larger systems can take a few weeks to a few months and are usually built in stages. Your quote will include a realistic timeframe.

If something covered by the original job goes wrong within 30 days of launch, we’ll fix it at no extra cost. Ongoing support is available after that if you need it.
No. You own the code, data and accounts. Hosting and subscriptions are in your name, and you pay providers directly. If you ever need another developer, they can pick up where we left off.
Your quote will also show any ongoing running costs.
